1. What Mintfall is
Mintfall hosts Rewarded Actions. A sponsor publishes a set of Details: the action required, what one completion pays, how many completions they will pay for, and the deadline. Those Details are fixed once published.
2. Payment for a completed action
This is not a contest, a sweepstake, or a prize draw. Nobody is ranked, judged, or selected, and no element of chance decides any outcome. Everyone who completes every published requirement while rewards remain is paid the published reward.
3. The action
A sponsor may never require a payment or purchase as the action. The action takes place on the sponsor’s own product, and the sponsor confirms at publication that they control it. Completions are reported by the sponsor’s own systems; reporting them dishonestly is grounds for us to close a Rewarded Action and to refuse further ones.
4. Rewards and the cap
Rewards are claimed in the order completions are verified, up to the published cap. Once the cap is reached the Rewarded Action closes and no further rewards are payable, including to participants who completed the requirements but were verified after it filled. Payouts clear 3 days after a completion is verified.
5. What sponsors are billed
Sponsors are billed after a Rewarded Action closes, for verified completions only, at the published reward plus a 15% fee. The fee is added to the sponsor’s invoice and is never deducted from a participant’s reward. A Rewarded Action that nobody completes is billed nothing.
6. Verification
Completions are reported by the sponsor’s own systems and attributed to the address on your Mintfall account, which is why signing in proves you hold that address. Completions we believe to be automated may be held or rejected.
7. Transparency
Every Rewarded Action’s Details are public before it opens. After it closes, the reward and the accounts that were paid remain published indefinitely, so that what was promised can always be checked against what was paid.
8. Integrations
We verify actions on the platforms we support. We aim to respond to any new integration request within 24 hours.
